Let's get your mornings back on track

Four guides cover almost everything. For the rest, a real person — the developer — answers within about 48 hours.

My alarm doesn't ring

  1. Open iOS Settings → Blessy and make sure alarms are allowed — Blessy shows a banner in-app if they're not.
  2. Check the alarm is Active in Blessy and scheduled for today's weekday.
  3. Real alarms ring through Silent and Focus, but device volume must not be zero for sound (haptics still fire).
  4. If it still fails, force-quit and reopen Blessy so alarms reschedule, then contact us.

Posture detection struggles

  1. Allow camera access in iOS Settings → Blessy → Camera — the ritual tells you if it's missing.
  2. Prop your iPhone so the front camera sees your joined hands; a dim lamp is enough light.
  3. Re-run calibration from Settings → prayer posture, in the posture you actually use.
  4. Any morning the camera can't work, choose “Finish without the camera” — your streak still counts.

Streak questions

  1. Your streak grows once per completed morning ritual, on the days your routine includes.
  2. Miss one scheduled morning after a faithful stretch and a grace day covers it automatically.
  3. Miss two in a row and the streak ends — the journey keeps your history and best streak.
  4. Using the optional stop-without-praying button ends the streak for that day, as the setting warns.

Backup & new iPhone

  1. Seal your commitment in Blessy and your streak and profile back up to your personal iCloud automatically.
  2. On a new iPhone, sign into the same Apple Account, install Blessy, and your journey restores on first launch.
  3. Alarms are local for reliability — recreate them in a minute; your history and streak are safe.
  4. We can never see or recover your data ourselves: it lives only in your iCloud.
